Instuments built by Harrison Guitars are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.

During the warranty term, should your instrument exhibit an defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair the defect or replace the affected parts, as deemed appropriate at our sole discretion.

This warranty covers the cost of labour and materials needed to remedy the defect. It applies to the original owner only, and cannot be transferred or assigned.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Shipping damage of any kind (must be covered by shipping insurance)
2. The cost of shipping the instrument for warranty repair
3. Damage due to misuse, negligence, accident, neglect, or climate, including extremes of heat or humidity
4. Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, worn frets, string replacement, scratches and dents)
5. Modifications or adjustments performed by an unauthorized luthier
