Harrison Classic GB Guitar

Data Sheet

Harrison Classic GB

The Harrison GB guitar was a collaboration between Doug and respected jazz guitarist Gary Benson. Both wanted an instrument with archtop qualities, but without the tendency to feed back at higher volume levels. This body design satisfies both requirements, offers increased sustain, and makes the guitar very comfortable to play — whether sitting or standing. The Classic GB is available with or without “F” holes.

Harrison Neo Jazz Guitar

Data Sheet

Harrison Neo Jazz

The Harrison Neo Jazz guitar has the same features and options that are offered on the Classic Jazz model, but with new peghead, soundhole, and tailpiece configurations that add a distinctive modern appearance and provide a fuller sound.

The position of the sound holes — away from the center — allows the central section of the top to be wider and more directly affected by the bridge vibration.

To further increase fullness, the side port acts as a monitor to the player without reducing the forward sound projection. The pickguard is positioned so as not to obstruct the treble side sound hole.
